KETO has it’s problems, especially for someone who loves bread (that would be me, and probably a million more people out there). When I was a small child, my mom would make this cheese bread as a special treat, but today, I thought, hey that bread is KETO and it would probably do good in the air fryer. Which, if you haven’t been following me, that’s how most of my ideas pop up.
I am doing at least 1 KETO air fryer or Instant Pot recipe per day, and today it’s all about bread, but I hope you will follow my board on Pinterest or Facebook, to see my new recipes, and they are all organized on their own menu on my blog, right here

Laurie, love your recipes. Have the chewy brownies memorized, but now a problem. They were wonderfully chewy when making in the Vortx, but now have the Omni. The brownies taste great, but can’t get them moist, chewy. Have tried 5 times all different settings , modes, times. Have you noticed a difference in how the 2 appliances work, temps, etc? Any suggestions would be definitely helpful.
Hmm. No, but I have a box of brownie mix, and I will try it, today and see. My guess would be that the smaller air fryer circulates the heat better, I do find that baking in the Vortex is better, because it tends to a better job at circulating the air around the food, but I don’t know why the Omni wouldn’t work the same, except for it is bigger?
