These muffins will be a hit with your family and can be made in the air fryer in less than 30 minutes! All you need is a few ingredients and some fresh jalapeno peppers!
Ever since I did a test on my own air fryer, I have been obsessed with it. There are so many things you can make in your air fryer that taste amazing!
Today, we’re going to bake some delicious corn muffins in the air fryer!

Ingredients Needed For Air Fryer Jalapeno Corn Muffins
- Yellow Cornmeal
- All-Purpose Flour
- Baking Powder
- Baking Soda
- Salt
- Butter
- Vegetable Oil
- Dark Brown Sugar
- Honey
- Egg
- Buttermilk
- Jalapeno Peppers
How To Make Air Fryer Jalapeno Corn Muffins
In a large mixing bowl, mix the dry ingredients, the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another, both mix the butter, vegetable oil, brown sugar, honey, eggs, and buttermilk. Mix well. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
Slowly fold the jalapeno peppers into the batter.
Either grease your muffin tins or place a liner into them. Fill them about 2/3 the way full. Set the muffin tin into the air fryer basket, and set the temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting for 10-12 minutes.
Insert a toothpick into the center of the Air Fryer Jalapeno Corn Muffins. If it comes out clean, remove it from the Air Fryer.
Let cool slightly before serving.
