How To Make Air Fryer Jalapeno Corn Muffins

Step One: In a large mixing bowl, mix the dry ingredients, the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another, both mix the butter, vegetable oil, brown sugar, honey, eggs, and buttermilk. Mix well. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.

Step Two: Slowly fold the jalapeno peppers into the batter. Either grease your muffin tins or place a liner into them. Fill them about 2/3 the way full. Set the muffin tin into the air fryer basket, and set the air fryer temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, and set cook time for 10-12 minutes.
Step Three: Insert a toothpick into the center of the Air Fryer Jalapeno Corn Muffins. If it comes out clean, remove it from the Air Fryer. Let cool slightly before serving.
