Thanksgiving is approaching and there is nothing more Thanksgiving than cornbread. I usually make this every week, alongside my homemade Instant Pot Chili. Today, I am showing you how to make Air Fryer Classic Corn Bread.
I will tell you this is easy to make, but using a bundt cake pan, does two things. First, it makes the cornbread look really pretty and ready for presentation on your Holiday table. The second thing it does is eliminates the problem of your air fryer needing to reach the middle. I love a great Bundt Cake in the Air Fryer. It guarantees that it will be fully cooked every time.
Air Fryer Cornbread
Everyone loves a great cornbread recipe. I love cutting a slice and serving it along with the BBQ meal or Chili.
Cornbread goes along with a lot of meals. It’s a classic recipe. I wanted a cornbread that would not be too sweet or dense. So, I used my mother’s recipe (which she got and saved for years, I believe it was from a newspaper or magazine, originates unknown we will say), but we have had it for years and years, so it is a classic.
One of the reasons why cornbread is so popular around Thanksgiving is because this dish comes from the settlement of America, where one of the main crops was corn. I’m sure you heard the story of Squanto.
