  • ½ cup bacon vinaigrette dressing
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

  • In a large salad bowl, combine 6 cups fresh baby spinach, c1 cup cherry tomatoes, ½ small red onion, 1 cup cucumber, and crumbled 6 slices cooked bacon.
  • Place the cooked shrimp on top of the salad. Drizzle with ½ cup bacon vinaigrette dressing and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
