I am always looking for more vegetable recipes to do with my air fryer, so I stumbled upon these at my Trader Joe’s, and I had to get them; I love a great piece of Air Fryer Butternut Squash, so I thought they would be awesome, and you know what they were.

You only need a few ingredients to get a great serving of Air Fryer Butternut Squash Fries.

Move over, French fries. Butternut squash fries are in town, and they’re poised to steal the show. These delicious and nutritious fries are perfect for a quick snack or a side dish at your next meal. Plus, they’re easy to make! Most major grocery stores sell them already cut up, which is amazing since you don’t even have to worry about cutting them. I have seen them at both Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and Wegmans.

  • Butternut Squash
  • Olive Oil Spray or Avacado Spray: Make sure you use high-heat oil, so you don’t get a lot of smoke, coming out of your air fryer!
  • Seasonings: Salt, Black Pepper and add your favorite seasonings! I gave you a few great suggestions below!
