Add salmon to the hot pan and sear for 3 minutes per side. Once cooked, add to a bowl and flake/shred.

Place into the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes.

Blackened Fish Tacos:

  • 1 pound salmon filets
  • 8 mini naan rounds
  • 2 large limes
  • 1 cup arugula lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions, diced
  • 1 large bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, diced

Blackened seasoning

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika, smoked or sweet
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
