Air Fryer, Balsamic Glazed Chicken (Chicken Thighs)
I recently stocked up on chicken thighs, when they were 99 cents a pound, and I have been playing around with seasoning them. This is a GREAT budget-friendly meal, and it’s really easy to make and very flavorful.
Here are the steps, so you can make it in your very own air fryer,
In a small bowl, mix together the balsamic vinegar, honey mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
In an air fryer safe pan (which is any oven-safe pan) add the chicken thighs.
Then pour the sauce over the chicken thighs.
Set the pan into the air fryer and set the temperature to 350 degrees F, for 7 minutes. (air fryer setting) After 7 minutes, spoon some of the sauce over the chicken thighs and air fry for another 7 minutes. Check the chicken’s internal temperature which should read at least 165 degrees F. If it is not fully cooked add it back for another 5 minutes.
Plate, serve and enjoy!
