Breakfast Potatoes In The Air Fryer one of my favorite things in the air fryer.
One of the best things is from start to finish only takes about 20 minutes. So, while you brew your coffee and make the rest of your meal, they will be done. Since you don’t have to watch them, this is a perfect addition to your breakfast table.
Pair this up with a couple of my favorite other items, such as candied bacon or egg and ham cups, and you have one of the best breakfasts.
Breakfast Potatoes in the Air Fryer
Filled with diced potatoes, roasted bell peppers, and seasoned with paprika, salt, pepper, and some garlic powder, you have a great and easy meal. My kids absolutely love these.
Ingredients:
- Russet Potatoes
- Bell Peppers
- Olive Oil
- Smoked Paprika
- Garlic Powder
- Salt
- Black Pepper
Simple Directions:
- Start by cutting your potatoes and bell peppers into about 1-inch piees.
- In a small mixing bowl, mix the potatoes, bell peppers, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss the potatoes into the air fryer basket.
- Set the temperature to 400 degrees F for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket a few times during the cooking process.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!
