This is an easy recipe, with a few ingredients you can have a healthy side dish, which goes with any meal.


  • 2 pounds carrots
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 3 tablespoons dried parsley


  1. Start by peeling your carrots, then slice them in half and then in half again.
