Carrots were originally found in Persia (Thank you Wikipedia) and originally they were eaten for their leaves and seeds. I am thinking about Carrot Salad, has anyone had that? I will have to put that on my list of things to make, although I don’t think I would need an air fryer or Instant Pot for that. I will post that recipe when I make it. What I found interesting from reading about carrots on Wikipedia is that every region or country has their own way of eating carrots. I will have to put them on my list of future recipes.

Air Fryer, Simply Roasted Carrots
This is a great and easy recipe. All you need is some carrots and a few ingredients, and you have a great and tasty side dish to go with any meal.

- 2 pounds carrots (peeled)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Start by peeling the carrots, then add them to a small bowl.
- Add the olive oil to the bowl, and then the salt and pepper.
- After each carrot is coated with olive oil and seasoned, add it to the air fryer basket or tray.
- Set the temperature to 390 degrees F, for 10 minutes, (air fryer setting)
