What's your favorite way to experience the natural sweetness of whole carrots? Roasting them! Today, right in the air fryer! Oh, so good!
Ingredients

carrots

peeled

tablespoons
olive oil

teaspoon
Kosher salt

to taste

teaspoon
black pepper

to taste
Instructions
Start by peeling the carrots, then add them to a small bowl.
Add the olive oil to the bowl, and then the salt and pepper.
After each carrot is coated with olive oil and seasoned, add it to the air fryer basket or tray.
Set the temperature to 390 degrees F for 10 minutes (air fryer setting)
Plate, serve, and enjoy!
