How about this for a change, Air Fryer Homemade Banana Chocolate Chip Bread. I am a huge fan of banana bread, and I used to make one every weekend when I was working. Then, during the week, I could grab a slice and brew some coffee and have a great homemade breakfast ready for me.

Now that I am writing for my website, I have tried a lot of quickbread recipes. They are still one of my favorite go-to recipes for breakfast, and the air fryer does a great job of making them. Today, I made a twist on a classic banana bread recipe, added some chocolate chips, and came up with this bread.

What Is The Best Banana Bread Recipe?

Whatever recipe you decide to go with, they all start with those black/yellowish bananas sitting in your fruit bowl or on your counter. The best banana bread is made from overripe bananas. The riper the bananas, the sweeter the banana bread will be.

Wrap up any unused portions in a tight saran wrap. It will keep at room temperature for about two days.

If you have any extra nad want to freeze. Wrap up the banana bread slices in saran wrap and place them in the freezer. They will stay for about one month. Either defrost in the refrigerator or place on the counter until room temperature.

Tips for Making Air Fryer Banana Bread

The best quick breads in the air fryer are mini loaf or bundt pans. Depending on the model of your air fryer, the inside may not cook if the pan is too thick.

My biggest tip would be to invest in a set of mini loaf pans for your air fryer. My suggestions are below.
