Description

Make moist, fluffy chocolate chip banana bread in your air fryer. This easy recipe is perfect for breakfast, dessert, or using up ripe bananas.

Ingredients 

  • 3 large bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips, plus extra for topping

Instructions

  • Lightly grease a small loaf pan that fits in your air fryer basket or line with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mash bananas until mostly smooth.
  • Stir in melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until combined.
  • Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Stir in chocolate chips, reserving a few to sprinkle on top.
  • Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Add extra chocolate chips if desired.
  • Preheat air fryer to 320–330°F. Cook for 25–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack before slicing.
