Ingredients Needed

- Cream cheese: Provides rich, creamy texture for smooth cheesecakes.
- White sugar: Adds sweetness and balances the tangy cream cheese.
- Eggs: Help bind ingredients and create a silky filling.
- Pure vanilla extract: Enhances flavor with warm, classic vanilla notes.
- Cherry pie filling: Adds fruity sweetness and vibrant topping for cheesecakes.
How To Make Air Fryer Mini Cheesecakes

Step One: Crush the vanilla wafers into fine crumbs. Add about one tablespoon of crushed wafers to the bottom of each muffin cup.

Step Two: In a mixer, combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla; mix until smooth and fluffy.

Step Three: Spoon the cheesecake batter over the crushed wafers in the muffin tin. Place the pan in the air fryer, set to air fryer temperature to 300 degrees F, and set cook time for 8–10 minutes, or until set.
Step Four: Remove and let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled. Top each mini cheesecake with a scoop of pie filling before serving.

Air Fryer Mini Cheesecakes Recipe Tips
- Use room-temperature cream cheese for a smooth, lump-free filling.
- Don’t overmix the batter to avoid cracking and keep the texture creamy.
- Line or lightly grease the muffin tin so the cheesecakes release easily.
- Check for doneness early since air fryer models can vary in cooking time.
- Let cheesecakes cool completely before refrigerating to prevent condensation.
- Chill before serving for the best flavor and firm texture.
- Add toppings just before serving to keep the cheesecakes fresh and neat.
Storing Instructions
- Refrigerator: Store mini cheesecakes in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4–5 days.
- Freezer: Wrap each cheesecake tightly in plastic wrap, then place in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 months.
- Thawing: Thaw frozen cheesecakes overnight in the refrigerator before serving.
- Toppings: Add fruit or pie filling just before serving for best texture and freshness.

Air Fryer Mini Cheesecakes Recipe Faqs
