Air Fryer Mini Cheesecakes made with a creamy filling and buttery crust—an easy, individual dessert ready in minutes.
Ingredients
12ouncesvanilla wafers
16ouncescream cheese
¾cupwhite sugar
2largeeggs
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
21ouncescherry pie filling
Instructions
Crush the 12 ounces vanilla wafers.
Add about a tablespoon of the crushed wafers at the bottom of the muffin tin.
Then in a large mixing bowl add your 16 ounces cream cheese, ¾ cup white sugar, 2 large eggs and 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, mix until fluffy
Add the batter into the muffin tin, on top of the crushed wafers.
Set the pan into the air fryer and set the air fryer temperature to 300 degrees F, air fryer setting and set cook time for 8-10 minutes or until the cheesecake is set.
Refrigerate after cooking (and they have cooled to room temperature)
Add a scoop of 21 ounces cherry pie filling on top, right before serving.
