Description

Air Fryer Mini Cheesecakes made with a creamy filling and buttery crust—an easy, individual dessert ready in minutes.

Ingredients 

  • 12 ounces vanilla wafers
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 21 ounces cherry pie filling

Instructions

  • Crush the 12 ounces vanilla wafers.
  • Add about a tablespoon of the crushed wafers at the bottom of the muffin tin.
  • Then in a large mixing bowl add your 16 ounces cream cheese, ¾ cup white sugar, 2 large eggs and 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, mix until fluffy
  • Add the batter into the muffin tin, on top of the crushed wafers.
  • Set the pan into the air fryer and set the air fryer temperature to 300 degrees F, air fryer setting and set cook time for 8-10 minutes or until the cheesecake is set.
  • Refrigerate after cooking (and they have cooled to room temperature)
  • Add a scoop of 21 ounces cherry pie filling on top, right before serving.
