Tips for Cooking These Recipes in Your HyperHeat

Pressure cooker recipes: Use the same cook times and release methods listed in each recipe. Lock the lid, turn the valve to SEAL, and select Pressure Cook. The HyperHeat’s 6.5-quart pot is the same size as many popular multi-cookers, so most recipes fit as written.

Slow cooker recipes: Use the Slow Cook function and match the recipe’s time and heat setting as closely as your HyperHeat allows. If a recipe tells you to brown meat in a skillet first, skip the extra pan and use Sear/Sauté right in the pot.

Watch the MAX line: Never fill past it. If a recipe was written for a larger slow cooker, scale it down so it fits comfortably.

No air fryer lid: The HyperHeat doesn’t air crisp, bake, or broil, so every recipe below sticks to pressure cooking, slow cooking, and sautéing.
