How to Make Charcuterie Breakfast Board
To create a Charcuterie Breakfast Board, follow these simple steps:
- Choose Your Ingredients: Select a variety of breakfast-friendly ingredients such as cured meats (like prosciutto, salami, or ham), cheeses (such as brie, cheddar, or gouda), fresh fruits (like berries, grapes, or figs), nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, or pistachios), bread or crackers, and any additional spreads or condiments you desire (like jams, honey, or mustard).
- Prepare Your Ingredients: Arrange your cured meats and cheeses on a large serving platter or wooden board, leaving space between each item for easy access. Slice more oversized items, such as cheese or fruit, into bite-sized portions: place bowls or small dishes for spreads and condiments.
- Add Fresh Fruits and Nuts: Fill in the gaps on the board with fresh fruits and nuts, scattering them around the meats and cheeses to create visual interest and variety. Mix and match colors and textures for an appealing presentation.
- Include Bread and Crackers: Arrange slices of bread, baguette, or crackers alongside the meats and cheeses, providing a base for building delicious bites. Consider toasting the bread or crackers for added texture and flavor.
- Add Spreads and Condiments: Place small bowls or ramekins of spreads and condiments, such as jams, honey, mustard, or olives, on the board for guests to enjoy with meats and cheeses. Use small spoons or spreaders for easy serving.
- Garnish and Serve: Optional garnishes like fresh herbs, edible flowers, or drizzles of honey can add a finishing touch to your Charcuterie Breakfast Board. Serve the board alongside your favorite beverages, such as coffee, tea, or mimosas, and enjoy a leisurely breakfast spread with family and friends.
Customize to Taste: Customize your Charcuterie Breakfast Board with your favorite ingredients and flavors, making it uniquely yours. Experiment with different combinations and presentation styles to create a breakfast spread that suits your taste and preferences.

How To Store
Storing an air fryer breakfast charcuterie board can be tricky due to the variety of ingredients involved and their storage requirements. Here are some tips on how to store it properly:
- Separate Ingredients: If possible, separate the ingredients of your breakfast charcuterie board into individual containers. For example, keep fruits in one container, meats and cheeses in another, and any baked goods in separate containers.
- Refrigerate Perishables: Ingredients like cheese, deli meats, and any dips or spreads should be stored in the refrigerator. Please place them in airtight containers or wrap them tightly in plastic wrap to maintain freshness.
- Cover Baked Goods: If your charcuterie board includes baked goods such as muffins or pastries, store them in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Cover them loosely with foil or plastic wrap to prevent them from drying out.
- Keep Fruits Fresh: Fresh fruits like berries, grapes, or melon should be stored in the refrigerator to keep them fresh. Place them in airtight containers or resealable plastic bags to maintain their flavor and texture.
- Use Sealable Bags or Containers: Utilize sealable bags or containers for any small items like nuts, dried fruits, or crackers. This helps maintain their freshness and prevents them from becoming stale.
- Keep Components Separate: Try to avoid mixing ingredients until you’re ready to serve the charcuterie board again. This will help maintain the individual flavors and textures of each component.
- Consider Assembly Before Serving: If possible, assemble the charcuterie board just before serving to ensure maximum freshness and presentation. This might mean taking a bit more time to set it up each time, but the result will be worth it.
- Label Containers: If storing components separately, consider labeling the containers or bags with the contents and date to make it easier to assemble the charcuterie board later.
By following these tips, you can help ensure that your air fryer breakfast charcuterie board stays fresh and delicious for as long as possible.

Air Fryer Breakfast Charcuterie Board
Description
Ingredients
- 1 pound Bacon
- 1 pound Sausage Links
- 8 Frozen Biscuits
- 20 ounces breakfast potatoes
- 3 cups Strawberries
- 2 cups Blueberries
- 2 cups Green grapes
- 2 cups Raspberries
- 1 cup Jam
- 4 tablespoons Butter
Instructions
- Air Fryer Frozen Biscuits: Lay your parchment mat into your air basket. This will help the dough from going through the holes of your air fryer as the dough cooks. You will cook it at 330 degrees for 7 minutes and then flip them over. Cook for an additional 6 minutes and if still slightly doughy in the middle, turn off the air fryer and leave them in the basket in the residual heat and allow them to sit for 2-3 minutes more.
- Air Fryer Bacon: Place your bacon strips in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Cook the bacon at 320 for 7-9 minutes depending on how crispy you like it. If you are cooking thick bacon then adjust your time by 2-3 minutes. If you would like to fit more in the basket to quickly feed a group, cut the bacon strips in half.
- Air Fryer Sausage Links: Lay your sausage links in the air fryer in a single layer and cook at 380 for 8-10 minutes, rolling them half way through. They are done when they are browned on the outside and when you cut into them they are no longer pink. The internal temperature for pork is 160 degrees.
- Air Fryer Home Fries: In a bowl combine your Simply Potatoes with 3 teaspoons of olive oil and season it with salt and pepper to taste. Place the potatoes in your air fryer and cook at 350 for 15-20 minutes, shaking frequently to make sure they are evenly cooking.
- Air fryer fried eggs: Spray a ramekin that is 5 inches in diameter or a 5 inch mini pie pan. Crack your egg into the dish and season it with salt and pepper. Place your dish into the air fryer. Cook at 350 degrees for 4 minutes. Then leave the egg in the air fryer with it turned off, for an additional minute, allowing the residual heat of the air fryer to continue to cook the eggs whites. This leaves the whites set and the yolk slightly runny. Depending on the type of air fryer and the size of the egg, timing will vary.
- If you have two air fryers or an air fryer and then an air fryer oven, it will make the cooking time go faster. Depending how much of each ingredient you would like for your crowd, you will need to cook in batches.
- To assemble the board:
- You don’t want anything too similar in color to be right next to each other. Place your biscuits and your hashbrowns on two points of the board, allowing room for the pop of color with the fruit in between.
- Do the same with the bacon and sausage links. Leave room for the fried eggs in between them and enough room for them to go halfway across the board.
- Fill in with fruit. You can place sliced strawberries scattered on the board, or in the place of the jam and then jam can be on the outside of the board. Fill in with your favorite fruits, I just enjoy a variety of colors to make the board pop.
