I love eating muffins all year round, they are perfect on the go breakfast. I always make a huge batch on Sunday, so my husband can bring them to work during the week. These are my favorite muffins, I have been eating them since I was a little girl. I’m not sure where the recipe came from, but they are amazing! My kids also love them, because they are nice and chocolatey, who doesn’t love chocolate.

Air Fryer-Blueberry Lemon Muffins
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 eggs
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoons lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup melted butter
In your mixing bowl, mix everything together. Then spray your silicone muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray. Fill the muffin cups with batter, about ¾ of the way full.
Set your air fryer to 320 degrees, Fahrenheit for 14 minutes.
My batch yielded 5 muffins.
Note: The exact time of your muffins will depend on a variety of factors, including your air fryer, wattage, the amount of muffin mix in each cup, etc. After 7 minutes, start watching them, so they do not burn.
