  • 28.50 ounces Salmon, drained, canned and flaked
  • 2 large Eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs,
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise ,
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, optional
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice,
  • 1 teaspoon Salt, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine 28.50 ounces Salmon beaten 2 large Eggs, 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons Green onions, 1 tablespoon Lemon juice, 1 teaspoon Salt, and 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Mix until well combined.
