2largeEggs, beaten
1/2cupBreadcrumbs,
2tablespoonsMayonnaise ,
1teaspoonDijon mustard, optional
2tablespoonsGreen onions, chopped
1tablespoonLemon juice,
1teaspoonSalt, to taste
1teaspoonBlack Pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine 28.50 ounces Salmon beaten 2 large Eggs, 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons Green onions, 1 tablespoon Lemon juice, 1 teaspoon Salt, and 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into 6 equal-sized patties, pressing gently to hold their shape.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat until hot.
Add the patties to the skillet and cook for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Transfer the salmon patties to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot with lemon wedges, tartar sauce, or your favorite dipping sauce.
