Easy Pioneer Woman Salmon Patties are crispy on the outside, tender inside, and packed with flavor. Perfect for quick weeknight dinners, lunch, or family-friendly meals.

Ingredients 

  • 28.50 ounces Salmon, drained, canned and flaked
  • 2 large Eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs,
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise ,
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, optional
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice,
  • 1 teaspoon Salt, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine 28.50 ounces Salmon beaten 2 large Eggs, 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons Green onions, 1 tablespoon Lemon juice, 1 teaspoon Salt, and 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into 6 equal-sized patties, pressing gently to hold their shape.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat until hot.
  • Add the patties to the skillet and cook for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Transfer the salmon patties to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot with lemon wedges, tartar sauce, or your favorite dipping sauce.
