Made in the Ninja Foodi, it’s quick, simple, and perfect for breakfast, brunch, or pairing with your favorite cup of coffee.
One of the greatest things about the kids being home over the weekend is making a large brunch. My kids really love Starbucks, so instead of buying Starbucks and bringing it home, I have been experimenting with different Starbucks Recipes. My son’s favorite was the Air Fryer Cheese Danish, while my husband’s favorite recipe is the copycat Instant Pot Egg Bites.

How To Make Ninja Foodi Copycat Starbucks Coffee Cake

Step One: Start by making the batter in a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and sugar. Mix well. Then add in the eggs, vanilla, flour, baking powder, salt, and half and half. Mix well.

Step Two: Spray your cake pan with cooking spray and then pour the batter into it—about 2/3 the way full.

Step Three: Then make the topping of the coffee cake. In a small mixing bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, butter, and ground cinnamon. Fold in the diced pecans.

Step Four: Spread the topping over the batter. Place the pan into the air fryer tray or basket. Set the air fryer temperature to 320 degrees F (air fryer setting, air crisp) and set cook time for 12-15 minutes.
Note: The exact time is going to depend on a few factors, the size of the pan you used, obviously the smaller pan you use, the faster it will air-fry, and the air fryer model you have. If the cake is not made, after the 12 minutes, add another 5 minutes, and keep on air frying until the toothpick you stick in the middle of the cake comes out clean.

What size pan did you use. I used a standard cake pan and it took 50 minutes to cook.
I also tried it in my oven at 350 and still took 55 min. Would a loaf pan work?
