Ninja Foodi Chicken Alfredo

This is a great and easy recipe for Ninja Foodi Chicken Alfredo. One of my favorite Italian dishes, I have now prepared in the Ninja Foodi, which is fast becoming one of my favorite kitchen appliances.


  • 2 boneless, skinless Chicken Breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 15 ounces Penne Pasta
  • 4 cups Water
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Optional: Fresh basil for serving


  1. Add the olive oil and chicken, and then press the saute button, press the high button. 
  2. Brown the chicken on both sides, about 3 to 5 minutes. Remember to keep moving the chicken around so it doesn’t come burnt on either side.
  3. Press the cancel button, and then add the pasta, water, seasonings, and mix well.
  4. Add the lid, making sure that the vent is in the sealed position.
  5. Set the manual high pressure for 5-6 minutes. When the time is up, do a quick release.
  6. Drain the pasta and chicken, return to the Ninja Foodi Bowl, and add cream cheese, cream, and mix well. Add some more seasonings if you wish.
  7. Plate, serve, and enjoy!
