Ingredients Needed

- Jiffy Blueberry Muffin Mix: You can use your favorite blueberry muffin mix. I have used several over the years, and they were all amazing!
- Egg: Use one large, room-temperature egg. Use 1/4 cup of applesauce, vegetable oil, or an egg replacer for an egg-free blueberry recipe.
- Milk: You can use any milk you have on hand, including oat milk, almond milk, or regular milk. You can also prepare a dairy-free recipe with a milk alternative.
How To Make Air Fryer Blueberry Muffin Bites

Step One: In a large bowl, combine the muffin mix, egg, and milk. Stir until the batter is smooth and well blended.

Step Two: Lightly spray silicone muffin tins, silicone cups, or an oven-safe muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray. Fill each cup about two-thirds full with batter.

Step Three: Place the muffin cups in the air fryer basket and cook at 320°F (160°C) for 12–15 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the center of a muffin; it should come out clean before removing from the air fryer.
Step Four: Let the muffins cool slightly, then flip them out of the cups. Serve warm with melted butter for a perfect snack or breakfast treat.

Air Fryer Blueberry Muffin Bites Recipe Tips
- Don’t overmix: Gently fold the batter to prevent them from breaking and turning the muffins purple.
- Single layer only: Air fry muffin cups with space between them for even cooking.
- Check your air fryer: Cooking times can vary, so watch the first batch closely.
- Optional toppings: Sprinkle sugar on top or drizzle with glaze after cooking for extra sweetness.
Storing Instructions
- Room Temperature: Store cooled muffins in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
- Refrigerator: Keep muffins in an airtight container for up to 5 days; warm slightly before serving.
- Freezing: Wrap individually in plastic wrap or foil, then place in a freezer-safe bag for up to 2 months. Thaw at room temperature or microwave briefly before eating.

Baking Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and fill greased or lined muffin cups about two-thirds full with batter. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, then let cool slightly before serving.
