The Tik-Tok Sensation, of Roasted Tomato and Feta Pasta, has made a stop at ForktoSpoon.com. I was convinced that between the two appliances, the Instant Pot and the Air Fryer, I could replicate the dish! And I nailed it!

The Instant Pot is amazing at making pasta, without the need for stirring. And the Air fryer is mazing at roasting vegetables, so guess what happens when you collide them! Instant Pot Pasta, Feta, and Tomatoes.

Here you get all of the flavors of a slow-roasted pasta dish without the time it would normally take.

This is my take on Instant Pot Pasta Feta and Tomatoes.

Here is Everything You Need To Know About Making Instant Pot Pasta Feta and Tomatoes

Ingredients Needed:

  • Pasta
  • Feta Cheese
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Oregano
  • Olive Oil
  • Minced Garlic
  • Salt & Black Pepper

Here is How To Make Instant Pot Pasta Feta and Tomatoes

Start by adding the pasta and water to the Instant Pot bowl, add the lid, making sure it’s in the sealed position. Set the manual high temperature for 4 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix the diced tomatoes, feta cheese, garlic, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix well, making sure that the tomatoes are well coated.

Toss the mixture into the air fryer for 5-6 minutes at 380 degrees F, air fryer setting. As soon as the cheese starts to melt, remove.

Once the pasta is finished cooking, drain. Toss with the feta cheese and tomato mixture, garnish with fresh oregano.

HOW TO STORE LEFTOVER Instant Pot Pasta Feta and Tomatoes

If you have any leftovers, let the pasta cool to room temperature. Then place the leftovers into an airtight container.

Set the container into the refrigerator. It will last between 2 to 3 days. To reheat, either place in the microwave or use a small pan on the stove.

  • 1 pound Pasta
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 pound Feta Cheese (block or crumbled)
  • 1 pint of Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh Oregano
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Start by adding the pasta and water to the Instant Pot bowl, add the lid, making sure it’s in the sealed position. Set the manual high temperature for 4 minutes.

Notes

Note: If you have an air fryer but not an Instant Pot, boil the pasta on the stove. 

If you have an Instant Pot but not an Air Fryer, Roast the vegetables in the oven, at 350 for 10-15 minutes, mixing during the cooking process.
