If you have never had crack chicken. Crack chicken is a rich and creamy chicken filled with bacon, cheese, and ranch, all blended. It makes an amazing meal. And if you are KETO, eat it without the bread, and you have a great KETO and family-friendly meal.
Instant Pot Crack Chicken
Ingredients:
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth/stock
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon dried chives
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package dry Ranch Seasoning
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon slices, crumbled
Simple Directions:
- Place the chicken breasts into the Instant Pot Bowl.
- Add the onion powder, garlic powder, dill, chives, salt, black pepper, chicken broth, cream cheese, and Ranch Dressing.
- Add the lid, and set the manual high pressure for 15 minutes.
- When the natural releases L10 (10 minutes), do a quick release.
- Use tongs and remove the chick, shred the chicken.
- Return the shredded chicken to the Instant Pot bowl, and mix in the cheddar cheese. Press the saute button to melt the cheese.
- Mix in the crumbled bacon and green onions.
- Scoop into rolls.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!
