If you have been looking for some great and easy breakfast ideas for your Air Fryer, this is one of the best! Today, I will show you How to Make Frozen Blintzes in the Air Fryer.
If you have never made a homemade Blintz, don’t worry. They sell these amazing packages of goodness in the freezer aisle, and they come in many varieties, usually cherry, cheese, and blueberry!
The Golden Company manufactures the only ones that I have ever seen in my grocery store. You will find them at your local grocery store, Target, or even Walmart. I also found a larger box at Costco.
What Are Blintzes?
Blitzes are very similar to crepes. Although Crepes originate from France, the Blintzes are typically a nod to either Jewish or Russian cultures.
Unlike Crepes, Blintzes are usually filled with a fruit or cheese filling. Since they are frozen in the grocery store, the Air Fryer is perfect for cooking them up! The result is a light and fluffy breakfast or dessert!

They came out ok but next time I’m going to spray butter spray on them to help crisp them up. I also turned them halfway.
