What You Need To Make Pecan Pie In The Air Fryer
- Butter
- Egg
- Dark Brown Sugar
- Honey
- Salt
- Pure Vanilla Extract
- Ground Cinnamon
- Diced Pecans
- Athens Mini Fillo Dough Shells
How To Make Air Fryer Pecan Pie Tarts
Start by melting your butter, then add the egg, dark brown sugar, honey, salt, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon, mix well.
Then add your diced or crushed pecans. Add a tablespoon of pecan pie filling to the shell.Then place them in the air fryer basket or tray and set the temperature to 300 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 5 to 8 minutes.
CAN I USE WHITE SUGAR INSTEAD OF BROWN SUGAR?
While you can use granulated sugar in place of brown sugar, the traditional flavor and combination is brown sugar.
Brown sugar contains molasses, which really sweetens this dish. And it also will resemble a traditional pecan pie the best.

- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 16 mini phyllo shells
