Air Fryer Chocolate Cream Pie, is my personal favorite. And doesn’t that look good? It’s so delicious, light, and flaky, and the crust is fantastic.

Air Fryer Chocolate Cream Pie

The real secret of the recipe is that you can air fryer a graham cracker crust, which is an incredible hack, and it will let you create any pie in mere minutes. Chocolate Cream Pie is perfect for a late-night snack. And this recipe, you can make 1 or 100.

Chocolate Cream Pie is one of the simplest air fryer recipes, which is more than a hack than anything else. I love it. I have been making them all week for my son’s friends, who are famished after hockey practices.

Now, I used all the prepared items to make this pie. This is my second time making the pie. The first one, my family ate way too fast to take a picture of it. It was fabulous. I served it with some homemade vanilla ice cream. It might be one of the most delicious pies I have ever eaten.

Chocolate Cream Pie

There is nothing better, especially for a chocolate lover, than a piece of homemade chocolate cream pie. Today, I made a mini Chocolate Cream Pie in my Air Fryer, all the same, great taste. But I didn’t need to wait for the oven to preheat.

I call this layers of flavor, where you get the taste of the graham cracker, chocolate pudding, and whipped cream all in one bite–amazingly delicious. And so easy!

Air Fryer Chocolate Cream Pie

Air Fryer Chocolate Cream Pie Recipe Faqs

Can I make the entire chocolate cream pie in the air fryer? No, only the pie crust is typically cooked in the air fryer. The filling is usually made on the stovetop or with no-bake methods. The air fryer is perfect for giving the crust a crispy texture.

What kind of crust should I use? You can use a pre-made pie crust or make your own. Many people prefer using graham cracker or Oreo crusts for chocolate cream pie, which can be air fried for a few minutes for extra crispiness.

How long should I cook the pie crust in the air fryer? Cook the crust at 00°F (175°C) for about 5–7 minutes or until it turns golden brown. Keep an eye on it, as air fryer times can vary depending on the brand.

Can I use a regular pie pan in the air fryer? If it fits in your air fryer, yes! Otherwise, you may need to use smaller, air fryer-safe pans, such as mini pie tins or silicone molds.

How do I avoid the crust from burning? To prevent the edges from burning, you can cover the crust edges with foil after the first few minutes of cooking.

Can I make a no-bake chocolate filling for the pie? Absolutely! A no-bake filling, like chocolate pudding or a whipped cream-based chocolate mousse, works perfectly for this pie. After the crust cools, simply add your filling and chill the pie until it’s set.

Can I freeze the chocolate cream pie? Yes, you can freeze the pie. However, it’s best to freeze it without whipped cream topping and add that fresh once you’re ready to serve.

How should I store leftover pie? Store the chocolate cream pie in the fridge, covered, for up to 3-4 days to keep it fresh.

What toppings go well with this pie? Whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or a drizzle of caramel or chocolate sauce are all great options! You can also add nuts or berries for extra flavor.

Can I use an alternative sweetener or make this pie gluten-free? Yes, you can substitute sugar with alternatives like stevia or monk fruit, and opt for a gluten-free crust to make the recipe suit dietary preferences.
