How To Make Air Fryer Key Lime Pie
Preheat your air fryer to 320 degrees F on the air fry setting. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter in a large bowl until well mixed.
Press the graham cracker crumbs into the bottom and sides of an air fryer safe pie dish. Put the crust into the freezer while you prepare the key lime filling.
Whisk the condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.
Pour the filling into the prepared crust and bake in the fryer for 5-7 minutes, depending on the size of your pan. Allow the pie to cool, and then chill for 2-4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
