Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes and Tomatoes Recipe Tips

  • Uniform size: Cut potatoes into evenly sized wedges to ensure they cook evenly.
  • Preheat the air fryer: Helps achieve a crispy exterior without overcooking the potatoes.
  • Toss halfway through cooking: Shaking or flipping the potatoes ensures even browning.
  • Use little oil: Just enough to coat the potatoes and tomatoes for crispiness without being greasy.
  • Season at the right time: Toss potatoes in oil and seasonings before cooking for maximum flavor.
  • Serve immediately: Potatoes are crispiest and tomatoes are juiciest when fresh from the air fryer.

Storing Instructions

  • Refrigerator: Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days. Reheat in the air fryer or oven to restore crispiness.
  • Freezer: While best enjoyed fresh, cooked potatoes can be frozen for up to 1 month. Reheat in the oven or air fryer, though the texture may be slightly softer.
