1mediumred onion, peeled and diced
8largered potatoes, quartered
1pinttomatoes, cherry or grape
1teaspoonbasil
1teaspoonoregano
1teaspoonrosemary
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
3tablespoonsoil
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer temperature to 400 degrees F, for 3-5 minutes.
Then, wash your p8 large red potatoes and slice them into thin wedges. Next, add the potatoes to a bowl and drizzle them with 3 tablespoons oil.
Toss the potatoes with 1 teaspoon basil, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon rosemary, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Once the potatoes are coated in oil and seasoning, transfer them to the air fryer basket and set cook time for 12-15 minutes.
When the potatoes are fork tender, add 1 pint tomatoes and1 medium red onion (cut into small pieces) and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
