  • Cauliflower Florets– You can use an entire head of cauliflower, or purchase a bag of cauliflower florets:
  • Heavy Cream- Really adds a lot of richness to the dish, while keeping it Keto and low-carb friendly.
  • Shredded Gouda — A great cheese, to make a really loaded mashed cauliflower dish.
  • Butter-This adds a lot of creaminess and richness to the cauliflower, if you want a vegan-friendly recipe, you can switch out vegan butter.
  • Bacon-A great way to get a loaded mashed potato feeling.
  • Garlic Powder-Another great option is to use minced garlic or even Air Fryer Roasted Garlic.

  2. Toss the diced cauliflower, olive oil, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Toss to coat, pour the coated cauliflower into the air fryer, and set the temperature to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 15 to 18 minutes. Shake the basket several times during the cooking process.
  4. Remove the roasted cauliflower from the air fryer.

  • 3 tablespoons butter
