  • Biscuits: Use Pillsbury Grands Homestyle Biscuits, which are flaky and delicious, and perfect for this recipe!
  • Jelly: Use your favorite jelly for this recipe, I would recommend seedless jelly.
  • Peanut Butter: You can use any of your favorite peanut butter, I would recommend creamy peanut butter.
  • Cream Cheese: Use room temperature cream cheese, you can use either full-fat or low-fat.
  • Vanilla Extract: For best results use pure vanilla extract, which has more flavor than imitation vanilla extract.
  • Heavy Cream: Adds some flavor to the creamy center.
  • Powdered Sugar: Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar, also thickens the craemy filling.
  • Butter: Use Unsalted butter.
  • Brown Sugar and Granulated Sugar: Both Add a great coating to the donuts!
  • Ground Cinnamon: What’s better with a donut, than some ground cinnamon!

How To Make Air Fryer Peanut Butter and Jelly Donuts

Combine the filling ingredients to a large mixing bowl.

Step One: Remove biscuits from wrapping and place onto a lightly floured wooden cutting board. Flatten each biscuit to about 1/4 inch thickness.

Mixing all of the filing together.

Step Two: In a small mixing bowl combine peanut butter, cream cheese, vanilla extract, heavy cream, and powdered sugar. Whisk well until smooth.

Add the filling to center of the dough.

Step Three: Add a spoonful of The peanut butter mixture, and a spoonful of grape jelly into the center of each biscuit round. 

Seal the donuts, by pinching the dough together.

Step Four: Gather the edges of the biscuit over the center of the filling and pinch together the seams to seal.

Place Air Fryer Peanut Butter and Jelly Doughnuts in the air fryer basket.

Step Five: Place into the air fryer seam side down and set cook time for 5-6 minutes, at air fryer temperature of 320 degrees F, using the air fryer setting.

Step Six: Melt the butter. In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Brush each biscuit with butter, then sprinkle with sugar.  Serve warm, sprinkle chopped peanuts over the top if desired, and enjoy!

  • 2 packages Pillsbury Grand Homestyle Biscuits
