How To Make Easy Air Fryer Peach Cobbler Egg Rolls

Thickened peach filling in a saucepan, ready to cool for egg rolls

Step One: If using canned peach pie filling, it’s ready to go as is. For a homemade version, combine sliced peaches with sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon, then cook over medium heat until thickened. Let the mixture cool before using.

Step Two: Mix the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Filling placed on egg roll wrapper being folded and sealed for air fryer cooking

Step Three: Place an egg roll wrapper flat on your work surface. Spoon a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture in the center, then add the peach filling on top. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly, sealing the edge with a dab of water.

Lightly brushed egg rolls with olive oil ready for air fryer crisping

Step Four: Brush or spray the egg rolls lightly with olive oil. This helps them crisp up and turn golden brown in the air fryer.

Step Five: Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch for even cooking. Set air fryer temperature to 350 degrees F and set cook time for 8-10 minutes, turning them halfway through until golden brown and crispy.

Step Six: Let the egg rolls cool for a few minutes after cooking. Serve them warm, optionally dusting them with powdered sugar or serving them with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

Easy Air Fryer Peach Cobbler Egg Rolls Recipe Tips

  • Use ripe peaches: Juicy, flavorful peaches make the filling taste amazing.
  • Drain canned peaches: Remove excess syrup to prevent soggy egg rolls.
  • Don’t overfill: Leave enough wrapper edges to fold and seal tightly.
  • Seal with water: Ensures the egg rolls stay closed during air frying.
  • Brush with oil: Lightly oiling helps create a golden, crispy exterior.
  • Preheat the air fryer: Helps cook the egg rolls evenly and quickly.
  • Serve warm: Best enjoyed straight from the air fryer for crispness.
  • Optional toppings: Sprinkle powdered sugar or drizzle caramel sauce for extra sweetness.

Storing, Freezing and Reheating Instructions

  • Storing: Let the egg rolls cool completely, then store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. Keep them away from moisture to maintain crispiness.
  • Freezing: Wrap cooled egg rolls individually in plastic wrap or place them in a freezer-safe bag. Freeze for up to 2 months and thaw in the refrigerator before reheating.
  • Reheating: Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 3–5 minutes until crispy and warmed through. You can also microwave for 20–30 seconds, but the wrapper may soften.

Description

Crispy, golden egg rolls filled with sweet cinnamon-peach and cream cheese filling, perfectly cooked in the air fryer for a quick and fun dessert.

Ingredients

  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 cup peach pie filling
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, mix the room temperature 4 ounces cream cheese with the 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract and 1 teaspoon granulated sugar. Mix well until it has a smooth consistency
  • Layout your egg roll wrapper, and then place 1 1/2 tablespoons of peach pie filling in the middle of the egg roll wrapper. Add about 1 tablespoon of cream cheese filling on top.
  • Use a pastry brush, and brush the water along the edges. Just enough water to moisten the sides, which will help the egg roll stick to itself.
  • Lightly brush the top of the egg roll with some water so it stays closed during air frying. Then spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray. Add your egg roll into the basket, and set the air fryer temperature to 350 degrees F, air fryer setting and set cook time for 8-10 minutes.

Equipment

  • Cooking Spray
