Description
This is a really easy take on a cobbler, today I added peach, but the possibilities are endless. It’s also a great way to have a lazy Saturday or Sunday Breakfast. Kid-friendly and approved breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1 package cinnamon rolls
- 1 cup peach pie filling
- 1/4 cup diced pecans
Instructions
- Start by dicing up the cinnamon rolls, in about 1/2 inch pieces.
- Once you cut them up, place them in a small mixing bowl.
- Dice up the peaches in the pie filling, into about 1/2 inch pieces. Then toss the diced peaches with the diced cinnamon rolls.
- Mix well, so all of the cinnamon rolls are coated. Then mix in the pecan pieces.
- Pour the cinnamon rolls/peaches/pecan mixture into an air fryer safe pan (remember air fryer=oven safe, with the exception of some glass baking items)
- Place the pan in the air fryer basket or on the air fryer tray.
- Set the temperature to 350 degrees F, (air fryer setting) for 5 minutes. Check to make sure that it’s fully cooked before you remove the cinnamon cobbler from the air fryer. The exact time will depend on the pan you use and the model of air fryer you have. Add a few minutes, if needed until fully cooked.
- Plate, serve and enjoy!
