  • Lemon Cake Mix
  • All-Purpose Flour
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Instant Lemon Pudding
  • Eggs
  • Water
  • Sour Cream
  • Lemon Extract
  • Pure Vanilla Extract
  • Lemon Zest
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Milk

How To Make Air Fryer Lemon Bundt Cake

Lemon Cake Mix Batter in Bowl

Start by mixing the cake mix, flour, sugar, and lemon pudding, mix well.  Then add the eggs, water, sour cream, lemon extract, vanilla extract, and lemon zest. Mix well.

Spray your Bundt Cake pan with cooking spray and/or flour. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, filling about 3/4 way full.  

Set the Bundt Cake pan into the air fryer and air fry for 15-25 minutes at 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, or until you place a toothpick into the center of the ake, and it comes out clean.

Let cool before icing. To ice, the cake mixes the powdered sugar and milk until it’s at the correct consistency, and then pour over the lemon cake.

Tips For The Best Lemon Bundt Cake:

  • Spray your Bunt Cake Pan generously with cooking spray and dust with flour to ensure that the baked cake does not stick.
  • Let the cake cool down before adding the icing.
  • Let the cake cool before removing it from the bundt pan.
  • Garnish with grated lemon zest for even more flavor. 
  • If you do not have an air fryer bundt cake that will fit, use a think cake pan.
  • The exact cooking time will depend on how thick your pan is and what air fryer you own. Continue to bake at 320 degrees F until the cake is fully cooked.

The cake pan you can use in the air fryer will depend on what air fryer you own.

My recommendation for an air fryer pan is this Bundt Cake Pan,w which will fit in most air fryers, as it is smaller than most traditional bundt cake pans.

Description

This is an easy and fast way to get a fancy dessert in a matter of minutes. Today I used a boxed cake mix, but you can check out my homemade, under-baked goods.

Ingredients 

Lemon Bundt Cake:

  • 15.25 ounces lemon cake mix
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 tablespoons instant lemon pudding
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons lemon extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons lemon zest

Icing:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3-4 tablespoons milk
