My mother used to make these in the oven, baked up in a muffin tin, and placed into the air fryer, this is the perfect recipe.
The best thing is that you can see and touch your eggs, to see how firm they are, meaning that you can get the perfect eggs every time.

- Eggs
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Muffin Tin
How to Bake Eggs in the Air Fryer
Start by greasing your muffin tin (or ramekins) with olive oil.
Crack one egg per cup. Season with salt and pepper. (Optional) Place the muffin tin into the air fryer, and bake for 5 to 8 minutes at 330 degrees F, air fryer setting.
Remove the eggs, when they are as cooked as you want them.
How Long To Bake Eggs in The Air Fryer?
These eggs will set at about 5 to 8 minutes, and it really depends on how runny you want your egg. For firmer eggs, bake your eggs longer. For softer eggs, cook them less.
- Soft Yolk Eggs: Air Fry for 5 to 6 minutes
- Medium Yolk Eggs: Air fry for 6 to 7 minutes.
- Hard Yolk Eggs: Air Fry for 7 to 9 minutes
Can I make baked eggs ahead of time?
These can easily be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. You can either take them out of the muffin tin, store them, or cover the muffin tin and place them into the refrigerator.
They will last about 3 to 5 day in the refrigerator.

After the eggs cool to room temperature, cover with saran wrap and place them into the refrigerator.
