Ingredients Needed

- Ground Meat: Use lean ground beef, ground turkey, or ground chicken. If you use ground beef, use a thinner option like 80/20, so the air fryer does not smoke.
- Butter: Use room temperature, unsalted butter.
- Hamburger Buns: Use regular or sesame seed buns.

- Bacon: Use bacon, either regular or turkey bacon.
- Guacamole: Use homemade or store-bought guacamole.
- Seasonings and Spices: Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Paprika, Salt, and Black Pepper
- Burger Toppings: Use sliced tomatoes, lettuce slices, etc.
How To Make Air Fryer Guacamole Bacon Burger

Step One: Combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly to evenly distribute the seasonings.

Step Two: Shape the ground beef into hamburger patties. Preheat the air fryer temperature to 400 degrees F, place the patties inside, and set cook time for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway for even browning..
Step Three: After the burgers are fully cooked, place a slice of cheese on each patty and let it melt from the residual heat, no need to turn the air fryer back on.
Step Four: Take the burgers out and lightly butter the buns. Toast them in the air fryer at 320 degrees F for 1-2 minutes, then assemble: start with lettuce on the bottom bun, add the patty, tomato, guacamole, and bacon, and finish with the top bun.

Air Fryer Guacamole Bacon Burger Recipe Tips
- Don’t Overmix the Meat: Gently combine seasonings with the ground beef to keep burgers tender and juicy.
- Patty Size Matters: Make patties slightly larger than your buns—they’ll shrink as they cook.
- Flip Once: Flip the burgers halfway through cooking to ensure even browning and prevent dryness.
- Cheese Melts Best from Residual Heat: Add the cheese after cooking and let it melt naturally without turning the air fryer back on.
- Toast Buns Lightly: Butter and toast buns in the air fryer at low heat for extra flavor and texture.
- Customize Toppings: Add lettuce, tomato, pickles, or extra sauces to suit your taste.
- Check Doneness: Use a meat thermometer to ensure burgers reach 160°F for beef safety.
Storing and Reheating Instructions
- Storing: Store leftover Air Fryer Guacamole Bacon Burgers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Keep the guacamole separate if possible to prevent the buns from getting soggy.
- Reheating: Reheat the burger patties in the air fryer at 350°F for 3–5 minutes until warmed through. Toast the buns separately and add fresh guacamole before serving for the best texture and flavor.

Air Fryer Guacamole Bacon Burger Recipe Faqs
Can I use frozen beef patties? It’s best to use fresh beef for even cooking, but frozen patties can work if you increase the air fryer time and check for doneness.
What type of bacon is best? Thin-cut bacon crisps quickly and wraps easily, but thick-cut bacon can be used if you adjust cooking time.
Can I make this keto-friendly? Yes! Use low-carb buns or lettuce wraps to keep it keto while still enjoying all the flavors.
How do I keep the guacamole from making the bun soggy? Add guacamole just before serving, or serve it on the side for dipping.
Can I cook the burgers ahead of time? You can cook the patties in advance and store them in the fridge for up to 2 days, then reheat in the air fryer.
How do I know when the burgers are done? Use a meat thermometer—the internal temperature should reach 160°F for beef.
Can I customize the toppings? Absolutely! Add lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, or extra sauces to suit your taste.
