Ingredients
- 6 ounces chicken breast
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 1/4 red onion, sliced
- 1 1/2 cup iceberg lettuce, chopped
- kosher salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut your 6 ounces chicken breast in half the long way, so you have two thin slices of the breast.
- Coat the top of each breast in 1 teaspoon curry powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, kosher salt and black pepper to taste. Then cook in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 360 degrees F, air fryer setting, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
- Allow the chicken to rest for five minutes, then place on 4 slices sourdough bread with1 1/2 cup iceberg lettuce and 1/4 red onion.
- Serve with tzatziki sauce or your favorite condiments.
