Step One: Prepare The Cajun Spice Blend
Start by making the Cajun spice blend. Mix the flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, red pepper, black pepper, and salt in a small bowl. Mix well.
Step Two: Dredge The Flounder Fillets
Generously rub olive oil over the flounder fillets on both sides. Coat the fillets with the Cajun flour mix. Press firmly with your hands to make sure that the coating stays on.
Step Three: Air Fry Cajun Flounder Fillets
Spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray, then place your coated fillets into the basket.

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Serving:
- 2 Brioche rolls
- 1 tablespoon butter, unsalted
- 4-6 slices dill pickles
- 1/4 cup tartar sauce
Instructions
