Ingredients Needed For Copycat Panera Flatbread Chipotle Chicken and Bacon Pizza
- Butter
- Minced Garlic
- Heavy Cream
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Naan Bread
- Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- Smoked Shredded Chicken
- Bacon
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Chiptole Aoili
- Fresh Cilantro
- Salt & Black Pepper
How To Make Air Fryer Copycat Panera Flatbread Chipotle Chicken and Bacon Pizza
Start by Making The Sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, add butter. Once melted, add garlic and cook for a minute until turning golden. Whisk in cream and parmesan cheese. Heat for a few minutes, then take off the heat.
Then Make The Flatbread: Spoon garlic cream sauce over the base. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top.
Scatter shredded chicken, bacon, and sliced cherry tomatoes on top of the cheese.
Preheat air fryer to 400˚F. Put flatbread into an air fryer basket and cook for 4 minutes or until cheese has completely melted.
Remove flatbread from the basket, top with chipotle aioli, shredded cilantro—season with salt and pepper.

- Garlic Cream Sauce: While I made a homemade version, you can easily use store-bought. Some great options are Le Sauce Gourmet Lemon White Wine Garlic Finishing Sauce or Prego Pasta Sauce With Roasted Garlic and Parmesan Cheese.
- Chicken; You can use either homemade chicken or store-bought rotisserie chicken. I love using my leftover Costco Chicken for this recipe. And it’s a great way to use any leftover turkey from Thanksgiving or your Roasted Air Fryer Chicken!
- Vegetables: While I made a copycat version, using the same ingredients Panera uses on this pizza, it’s a great way to sneak in vegetables for the entire family. Some great options would be diced red onions, sauteed onions, cooked spinach, or even kale!

- 1/2 cup mozzzarella cheese, shredded or grated
- 1/4 cup smoked shredded chicken
- 1 slice bacon, cooked and cut into pieces
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon chipotle aioli
- 1 teaspoon diced fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
