Air Fryer Copycat Panera Flatbread Chipotle Chicken and Bacon Pizza -- If you love Panera's flatbread pizzas, you'll love this copycat recipe! It's easy to make and features chipotle chicken and bacon. The best part? You can customize it however you like. So go ahead and add your favorite toppings!

Ingredients 

Garlic Cream Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoons butter, unsalted
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Flatbread:

  • 2 naan bread
  • 1/2 cup mozzzarella cheese, shredded or grated
  • 1/4 cup smoked shredded chicken
  • 1 slice bacon, cooked and cut into pieces
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle aioli
  • 1 teaspoon diced fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Make garlic cream sauce:

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, add butter. Once melted, add garlic and cook for a minute until turning golden.
  • Whisk in cream and parmesan cheese. Heat for a few minutes then take off heat.

Make flatbread:

  • Spoon garlic cream sauce over base. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Scatter shredded chicken, bacon and sliced cherry tomatoes on top of the cheese.
  • Preheat airfryer to 400˚F. Put flatbread into airfryer basket and cook for 4 minutes or until cheese has completely melted.
  • Remove flatbread from basket, top with chipotle aioli and shredded cilantro. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
