Air Fryer Cinnamon and Sugar Roasted Chickpeas make for a wonderful and delicious snack! There is nothing with more flavor than these roasted chickpeas!

If you love a great recipe for crispy chickpeas, this is one of my favorites, but who can resist a cinnamon and sugar flavor on anything!

This is a protien filled snack, wtih a lot of health benefits, and this recipe can be added to any dish for even more flavor!

Ingredients Needed For Air Fryer Cinnamon and Sugar Roasted Chickpeas
  • Canned Chickpeas, or Cooked
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Ground Cinnamon

How To Make Air Fryer Cinnamon and Sugar Roasted Chickpeas

Start by draining and rinsing the chickpeas. Toss the chickpeas with olive oil, salt, sugar,  and ground cinnamon. Pour the chickpeas into the air fryer basket, set the time for 7  minutes at 390 degrees F, air fryer setting.

After 7 minutes, shake the basket and set for another 7 minutes.

Pour the chickpeas into a bowl, and toss with an additional 1-2 teaspoons of sea salt. (It depends on how salty you want them. Adjust to your taste buds.

How Long Will Air Fryer Cinnamon Sugar Chickpeas Last?

These will last for about 1 to 2 days. After the first two hours, they will start to lose their crunch to eat or serve right away for best results. 

These are not great after you refrigerator or freeze them, so for best results, make a new batch every time you want some.

These can easily be eaten as-is for a quick snack. But there are so many other ways that you can serve these. Some of my favorites are:

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
