Then, I move to lay them out on a kitchen towel, for another 20-30 minutes,. Finally, I make sure that all of my chickpeas are coated with olive oil. As soon as the air fryer hits the olive oil, they start to crisp up. So, use your hands and generously coat the chickpeas.

Air Fryer-Ranch Roasted Chickpeas
These are so easy to make in the air fryer, And they are quite a healthy snack, high in protein.

- 15 ounces chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon salt (more if you want more)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Start by draining the chickpeas. Make sure they are fully drained
- Mix in the oil, and then mix in all of the other ingredients.
- Then spread the chickpeas into the air fryer basket, set the 350 degrees F temperature to and set the 8 minutes Shake the basket, after 4 minutes.
- When the time is up, pour into a bowl. Add some additional salt (about 1/2 teaspoon) and enjoy!
