Air Fryer Cheese Stuffed Garlic Rolls-These are an amazing side dish and the perfect treat when you are looking for something to snack on.
These garlic rolls are perfectly crusty on the outside and soft and buttery and cheesy on the inside. I coated them with butter, garlic, and parsley basting, and the cheese kept the inside nice and moist—the perfect combination.
I used store-bought pizza dough, but you can certainly, make your own dough if you are inclined to so.
Ingredients Needed For Air Fryer Cheese Stuffed Garlic Rolls
- Pizza Dough, either store-bought or homemade
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Unsalted Butter
- Italian Seasoning
- Minced Garlic
- Parmesan Cheese
- Marinara Sauce for Serving
How To Cook Air Fryer Cheese Stuffed Garlic Rolls
Start by diving your dough into about 10 equal pieces. On a floured surface, roll the dough out. Cut your mozzarella cheese pieces smaller than the dough pieces. Fold the edges up so that the dough is closed around the cheese. Place the dough on the air fryer tray.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic. Using a pastry brush, brush the butter mixture over the dough. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
Set into the air fryer for 8-10 minutes at 320 degrees F, air fryer setting. Remove when browned. Serve with a side of marinara sauce.
How To Store Air Fryer Stuffed Garlic Rolls
If you want them for later, let them cool to room temperature, and then place them into an airtight container. Place the container into the refrigerator.
They will last about 2 to 3 days, after that, they will get soggy. So, try to eat them within a few days.
How To Reheat Cheese Stuffed Garlic Rolls In The Air Fryer
If you want to reheat the garlic rolls in the air fryer, set the temperature to 330 degrees F, for 5 to 8 minutes.
I would melt some butter and using a pastry brush, brush the butter on top, this way they will remain moist during the reheating process.
