Air Fryer Blueberry Baked Oatmeal

This is one of the easiest breakfast ideas, and it’s so quick, it’s perfect for those busy mornings. As the fall comes to Philadelphia, I realized that I ended more hot breakfast dishes, this is one of my favorites, Air Fryer Blueberry Baked Oatmeal.

Who knew you could make baked oatmeal, right in your air fryer?

You only need a few ingredients, which are probably in your pantry or refrigerator, and a couple of handfuls of fresh fruit, and you are on your way.

What works well in this recipe is the use of rolled oats—

The Varieties of Oats

If you aren’t familiar with oats, there are three main types:

  1. Rolled-oats: These come in both quick and instant varieties.
  2. Old Fashioned Oats: This type is where the whole grains are steamed and then processed. These are most commonly used in baked goods, for their texture.
  3. Steel Cut Oats: Where the groats are cut with a steel metal blade. They cook the faster of the three types since the oats are already sliced.
