Air Fryer, Black Pepper Steak Kabob (Kebabs)

This is a really easy dinner or lunch, and the marinade is easy to use on any type of meat or vegetable dish. While it is light and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces

Marinade: 

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red-wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger

Instructions

  1. Start by cutting your steak into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Then cut your red onion and bell pepper into about 1-inch pieces.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, red wine vinegar, black pepper, and grated ginger. Mix well.
  4. Pour the marinade into a large plastic bag, and place the steak, red onion, and bell pepper in it. Seal and then place in the refrigerator to marinate overnight (or at least a few hours)
  5. Then thread the steak, red onions, and bell pepper through the skewers.
  6. Place in your Air Fryer the temperature I used was 350 degrees for 5 minutes, then flip and air fry another 5 minutes. Make sure your steak is cooked, before you plate.
  7. Plate, serve, and enjoy!
