Pro Tips:

  • These can be made in any air fryer, including the Ninja Foodi, Instant Pot Vortex, GoWise, Instant Pot Crisp Lid, and even the Mealthy Lid. The temperature will remain the same, but the time will vary by a few minutes.
  • If you notice that the top is cooked, but the middle is raw, rap the cupcakes in foil to prevent the top from burning. Or reduce the temperature to 300 degrees F, air fryer sitting, and cook until the cupcakes are fully cooked.
  • You will need to cook the Air Fryer Black Forest Cupcakes in batches unless you have an air fryer oven, which is larger.

Can You Make Cupcakes In The Air Fryer?

Anything you can make in an oven, you can easily make in the air fryer, including cakes, muffins, and even cupcakes!

All you need is the right pan, and you can have a great Air Fryer Breakfast, Dessert, Snack, or Treat in minutes!

How To Store Air Fryer Cupcakes

The best way to store any leftover cupcake or baked good is to wrap it tightly with plastic or saran wrap. This way, the air will not dry them out.

You can also place the leftover Air Fryer Black Forest Cupcakes into a freezer bag and keep them at room temperature for a few days. After that, put the cupcakes into the refrigerator, which will last for about a week.

How To Freeze Air Fryer Cupcakes:

This batch of Air Fryer Black Forest Cupcakes makes for a tremendous freezer-friendly dessert recipe.

For best results, let the cupcakes cool to room temperature, remove them from the ramekins, and place them into a freezer bag or freezer-safe container. Place them into the freezer, which should last about 1 to 2 months.

To use from frozen, place them overnight into the refrigerator. You can either reheat it in the microwave or use the Air Fryer.

What Ramekins To Use In The Air Fryer

You can use any size of ramekins you have on hand, and the cooking time and temperature will remain the same.
