Today’s recipe, How to Make Boxed Coffee Cake Mix in the Air Fryer, is easy and easy to make the night before, so you can keep this company, but this coffee cake is even better right out of the air fryer.
It is light, and airy and pairs well with a glass of hot chocolate or steaming coffee.
If you have been following my blog for a while, you know that I am not a morning person; if you are like me, these recipes make mornings bearable. My kids usually grab a piece of the day’s recipe on the way out of the door.
There is nothing like sitting down with a great piece of coffee cake, grabbing a nice hot cup of coffee and eating breakfast or dessert.

Pro Tips:
- This recipe will work in any air fryer, including any Air Fryer Basket or Oven Model. I have made this recipe a few times over the years in the Ninja Foodi, Instant Pot Vortex, GoWise, and Power XXL. The recipe will remain the same, and the cooking time will vary by a few minutes.
- For best results, continue to check the coffee cake as it bakes up in the Air Fryer to make sure it’s fully cooked before removing it.
- For best results, use a thin pan. If you use too thick of a pan, the center will not cook up. You can also use a Bundt Cake Pan for this recipe.
The Best Pans To Use In The Air Fryer For Baking
