Air Fryer, Cinnamon and Sugar Roasted Chickpeas

This is a really and fun way to make roasted chickpeas, today’s flavor was a simple mixture of sugar and cinnamon.




  1. Start by draining your chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
  2. then rinse the drained beans.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, mix together the drained and rinsed chickpeas, with the olive oil, and cinnamon and sugar.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Pour the chickpeas into the air fryer basket.
  6. Set the time for 7 minutes at 370 degrees F,
  7. Check the chickpeas after 7 minutes, then add another 7 minutes.
  8. Let cool slightly, then transfer to a serving dish.
